Delete your WPVane account

This page explains how to delete your account for WPVane (package com.saifbrand.wpvane), published by SaifBrand, and what happens to your data when you do.

From inside the app

1. 1. Open WPVane and sign in.
2. 2. Go to Settings.
3. 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. 4. Confirm the warning, then enter your password on the secure page that opens.

The account and its data are removed immediately. The deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email admin@saifbrand.com from the address you registered with, asking for your WPVane account to be deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few working days.

What is deleted

• • Your account: email address, name and password.
• • The credentials for every WordPress site you connected, including the application passwords.
• • Any settings and preferences stored for you.
• • Active sign-in sessions, so the app signs out everywhere.

What is not deleted, and why

Your WordPress sites are untouched. WPVane never holds a copy of your posts, pages, products, orders or media. It reads and writes them on your own site over the WordPress REST API each time you open a screen. Deleting your WPVane account removes our ability to reach your site; it does not change anything on the site itself.

You can also cut the connection from your side at any time, without deleting anything here: in your site's wp-admin, go to Users → Profile → Application Passwords and revoke the password you gave WPVane.

Retention

Nothing is kept after deletion beyond what our hosting provider holds in routine server backups, which are overwritten within 30 days. No copy of your data is sold, shared or used for advertising at any point.
