These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through SB Store (saifbrand.com/products), operated by Saif Brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using any product listed in our store (including RankBoost and future products), you agree to these Terms.
1. License
When you purchase a paid (“Pro” or “Premium”) plan for any of our WordPress plugins or software products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the plan you purchased (e.g. Single Site, Multi-Site, or Lifetime), for as long as your license remains active. The underlying source code may be licensed under the GPL where applicable; paid access covers updates, support, and premium features tied to a valid license key.
2. Subscriptions & Renewals
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described below. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring billing.
3. Free Trials
Where offered, free trials run for the stated number of days. If a trial requires a payment method upfront, your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date. Trials that do not require a payment method simply expire with no charge.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid purchases. If you are unhappy with a product within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue, and will consider a full refund if the issue cannot be fixed. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Support & Updates
Active license holders receive product updates and priority email/WhatsApp support for the duration of their license. Free-plan users receive community support only, with no guaranteed response time.
6. No Warranty
Our products are provided “as is”. While we test thoroughly before release, we do not guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or search rankings.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Freemius, our payments and licensing partner. We do not store your card details on our own servers.
